Awaken the Shaman Within is a series of five day long workshops designed to introduce you to the teachings and ways of the Sweet Medicine SunDance Path.
These 5 Saturday workshops run from 10am-10pm and are open to all. Come to one, two or as many as you like! No prior knowledge is assumed.

You will have the opportunity to complete the first major ceremony of the Sweet Medicine Sundance Path
Each weekend will be a mix of teachings, discussions, exercises and ceremonies, including a Purification Lodge.

Natural Elemental Alignment

Human beings are the only creatures on this planet that can choose to connect or disconnect from creation.
We know when we disconnect because we feel stressed and out of balance.
Connecting to the elements, the simplest building blocks of creation, can bring us back into alignment and balance in all of our aspects - emotional, physical, mental, spiritual and sexual - allowing us to relax
and connect more deeply with life.

‣ A shamanic Flowering Tree ceremony
‣ A shamanic guided meditation to experience inner balance

‣ Being in beautiful, restful surroundings with like-minded people
Tea, including herbal teas, and coffee are provided, please bring your own meals and snacks.
(There is a basic kitchen with washing-up facilities, kettle, fridge, gas hob, oven & microwave for your use)
