Awaken the Shaman Within is a series of five day long workshops designed to introduce you to the teachings and ways of the Sweet Medicine SunDance Path.
These 5 Saturday workshops run from 10am-10pm and are open to all. Come to one, two or as many as you like! No prior knowledge is assumed.

You will have the opportunity to complete the first major ceremony of the Sweet Medicine Sundance Path
Each weekend will be a mix of teachings, discussions, exercises and ceremonies, including a Purification Lodge.

The 20 Powers of the Universe
As humans we need never feel alone in life, we have the company of the powers of the Universe available to us from the moment we are born. Collectively, they are called the Twenty Count
Who and what are these powers? How can we connect to them and feel them as our friends and allies, and reflections of our shining self?
It is sometimes said that the Twenty Count cannot really be taught, that they are so much a part of us that they simply awaken in us when we know of their existence.
What’s included in the day
An introduction to the powers of the universe
A nature walk to find connection with the powers as you know them
An energy movement for connected integration
A shamanic dream process & making a universe power symbol to take home with you
A Purification Lodge ceremony
Being in beautiful, restful surroundings with like-minded people
Tea, including herbal teas, and coffee are provided, please bring your own meals and snacks.
(There is a basic kitchen with washing-up facilities, kettle, fridge, gas hob, oven & microwave for your use)
